Co-Founder of Training121, Morgan Biggs, takes home the Digital Business Ireland Next Generation Under 30 Award.
With over 500 company entries across 22 categories, the Digital Business Ireland Awards were held on March 3rd, 2023 at the Gibson Hotel in Dublin, on what was a beautiful Friday afternoon.
The Digital Business Ireland team handpicked some of the best digital leaders in the country across a range of different disciplines to compete for a number of awards.
Their expert judging team were tasked with the difficult job of narrowing down the nominees to just five finalists who would be invited to the awards ceremony in the Gibson Hotel.
Our co-founder and coach, Morgan Biggs, was handpicked to be one of the five within the category of 'Next Generation Under 30', representing the entire Training121 team.
On the day, the judging team selected Morgan as their winner based on the following criteria:
The Journey: how we began as a company and how we have evolved over time
Impact: How we are making a positive social and economic impact though our business
Challenges: The challenges we have overcome thus far
Leadership: How we have demonstrated leadership in our practice
Results: What we have achieved so far
