CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
At Training121, we aim to deliver high-quality football development experiences while ensuring fairness and accountability across all bookings. This Cancellation Policy outlines the notice periods, refund conditions, and rebooking procedures for all service types.

2. Cancellation by Training121
In the rare event that a session must be cancelled due to weather, venue issues, or staff illness:

You will be automatically rebooked into the next available session of the same type.

If the new date is not suitable, you will receive a full refund or credit depending on your booking method.

If a session is disrupted and less than 30 minutes of activity takes place, it will be eligible for rescheduling. If 30 minutes or more are completed, the session will be considered fulfilled.
3. Small Group Sessions

4. 1:1 Sessions & Personalised Small Groups

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
These services are time-intensive and resource-specific, so the same rules apply as PAYG bookings:

​​5. Clinics & Camps
➤ Cancellation Window:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

6. Membership Cancellation

Memberships require a minimum of three successful monthly payments before cancellation is permitted.

Past payments are non-refundable, and cancellation removes access to all remaining session credits and member benefits.

Members may pause their membership for 30 consecutive days after completing three full months of successful payments.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. In the case of credit refunds, session credits will be reinstated automatically in your Training121 account.
