CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all Training121 services, including small group sessions, 1:1 sessions, personalised small groups, camps, and clinics.
By booking any session with Training121, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy ensures fairness across PAYG customers, Credit Pack holders, and Members, and helps us maintain high-quality coaching and accurate scheduling.

2. Cancellation by Training121

On rare occasions, Training121 may cancel a session due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Venue closure

  • Coach illness or emergency

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational issues
     

If Training121 cancels a session, customers will receive one of the following:

  • A rescheduled session

  • A full refund

  • A training credit
     

If a session is cut short due to weather or circumstances beyond our control:

  • If less than 50% of the session is completed → refund or credit is offered

  • If 50% or more of the session is completed → the session is considered fulfilled
     

3. Small Group Sessions (PAYG, Credit Packs, Membership, Membership+)

4. 1:1 Sessions & Personalised Small Groups

​

Cancellations for 1:1 sessions and personalised small groups must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

Training121 reserves the right to enforce full payment for any personalised or 1:1 session cancelled with insufficient notice due to the preparation and coach allocation required.

​​​​6. Membership Cancellation

​Session cancellations for Members and Members+ are covered in Section 3.
For membership cancellations, billing rules, credit expiry, and strikes, please refer to the full Membership Terms & Conditions.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after approval.

Training credits (when applicable):

  • Are applied instantly to your Training121 account

  • Do not expire (except Membership monthly credits)

  • Are non-transferable

Cancellations received after the required notice period will follow the rules outlined in this policy.

9. Final Notes

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are monitored and may affect future booking privileges.

  • This Cancellation Policy is reviewed regularly and may be updated in line with operational needs.
