Training121 Membership & Credit Pack
Terms & Conditions

Definitions

  • Participant: A player or parent/guardian who has purchased a T121 Credit Pack or a T121 Membership.

  • "We", "our", or "us": Refer to GMG Training121 Ltd, trading as Training121.

  • Session Credit: A 60-minute training session (e.g., workshop or development group) redeemable using T121 Credit Packs or a T121 Membership.

General Agreement

This agreement takes effect once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions during the sign-up process.
By proceeding, you confirm the following:

  • You have read and understood the Training121 Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

  • You are either the participant or a consenting adult signing on behalf of a minor.
     

T121 Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Activation & Duration

  • Membership activates upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • You will receive access to all rights and benefits associated with the selected membership tier.

  • Membership remains active until a cancellation request is received via email (admin@training121.com) or text (086 803 1944).

  • A minimum of three successful monthly payments is required before cancellation is permitted.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • After three successful payments, you may cancel at any time by contacting us via email or text.

  • No refunds will be issued for past payments made prior to cancellation.

  • Upon cancellation, access to all membership benefits and session credits will be immediately revoked.
     

3. Class Access & Suitability

  • Training121 reserves the right to deny access to any class deemed unsuitable (e.g., level too advanced).

  • We will recommend the most appropriate classes.
    It is your responsibility to contact the Training121 team if unsure about which class(es) to book with your credits.

     

4. Billing Cycle

  • Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis.
    E.g., if your membership starts on January 3rd, your next bill is due on February 3rd.

     

5. Pausing Membership

  • Members may pause their membership for 30 consecutive days once they’ve completed 3 successful monthly payments.
    Pause periods cannot be split.
    E.g., Paused from June 3rd to July 3rd.

  • To pause, email admin@training121.com or text 086 803 1944.
     

6. Sibling Discounts

  • Sibling discounts are available but must be arranged via email or phone. These cannot be applied via the app.

  • Unlawful use of sibling discounts (e.g., applying a discount for two members on a single-child account) will result in:

    • Immediate membership cancellation, and

    • Owed balance due in full before resuming participation
      E.g., If a 2-person discount is used unlawfully for 2 months, the owed balance is €60.00.

       

7. Failed Payments

  • In the event of a failed payment, your membership will be automatically locked.
    Session credits become inaccessible and attendance is suspended until full balance is cleared.

     

8. Credit Usage

  • Session credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the named participant.

  • Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstance.
     

9. Price Adjustments

  • Due to changing economic conditions, Training121 may increase membership prices.

  • We will provide at least one month’s notice via email or text with clear details:
     

    • New membership rate

    • Effective date
       

  • You may cancel at any time before the price change takes effect. If you do not cancel, the new pricing will automatically apply.
     

10. Additional Terms

  • Training121 reserves the right to modify or add to these Terms & Conditions.

  • All changes will be clearly communicated in writing.
     

T121 Credit Pack Terms & Conditions

1. Activation & Structure

  • Credit Pack terms activate upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • You will receive 4 or 8 session credits depending on the pack purchased.

  • Credits do not expire.
     

2. Credit Usage

  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to another participant’s account.

     

3. Class Suitability

  • Training121 reserves the right to deny access to sessions if the chosen class is not suitable.

  • Recommendations will be made, but it is your responsibility to confirm class suitability before booking.
     

4. Cancellation

  • Standard Training121 Cancellation Policy applies.

  • You must cancel with proper notice to retain your credit.
     

5. Sibling Discounts

  • If a sibling discount is misused (e.g., applied to a single participant rather than 2+ siblings):
     

    • All session credits will be locked, and

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full before credits can be reactivated.
      E.g., If a 4-pack is bought with a sibling code unlawfully, the owed amount is €18.00.

       

6. Price Adjustments

  • Credit Pack prices may change due to market conditions or regulatory updates.

  • One month’s notice will be provided, detailing:
     

    • New pricing

    • Effective date
       

  • Your right to terminate or refrain from purchasing again remains during this notice period.

7. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be communicated in writing.
