Training121 Membership & Credit Pack
Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all purchases and usage of Training121 Memberships and Credit Packs.
All participants (or their parent/guardian) must accept these T&Cs before accessing any Training121 service.
SECTION 1 — T121 MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Applies to T121 Membership and T121 Membership+)
1. Definitions

Membership:
Recurring monthly subscription granting access to Training121 sessions and benefits.

T121 Membership:
Recurring membership that provides a fixed number of session credits each month for small group session access.

T121 Membership+:
Recurring membership that provides unlimited small group session access and premium benefits.
-
Session Credit:
A redeemable Training121 session (applies only to standard T121 Membership in the context of Memberships).
2. Activation & Duration
-
Membership activates immediately upon purchase.
-
Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
-
Membership benefits apply only to the named participant and cannot be transferred.
3. Membership Types
3.1 T121 Membership
-
Provides 5 session credits per month.
-
Credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
-
Includes discounted rates for Training121 camps and clinics (10%)
3.2 T121 Membership+
-
Provides unlimited access to Training121 small group sessions.
-
Includes a higher-level discount for camps and clinics (50%)
-
Includes monthly personalised feedback.
-
Includes access to the T121 Members only WhatsApp Group.
4. Membership Cancellation
-
Membership (standard or +) may be cancelled at any time by emailing admin@training121.com.
-
Past membership payments are non-refundable.
-
Upon cancellation:
-
T121 Membership: All unused monthly credits are revoked immediately.
-
Membership+: Booking access ends immediately and sessions which are pre-booked beyond the final day of your membership will be cancelled.
-
There is no minimum contract term.
5. Pausing Membership
-
Memberships may be paused for 14 or 30 consecutive days, once every 12 months. A pause on either membership can only be placed after the participant has held the membership for a minimum of 3 months.

Pause requests must be emailed to admin@training121.com.

Billing automatically resumes at the end of the pause period.
6. Session Cancellation Rules
Members must comply with the official Training121 Cancellation Policy.
Key points:
-
T121 Membership: Cancel up to 1 minute before a session to retain the credit.
-
Credits returned through cancellation still expire at month-end for T121 Membership holders.
-
Membership+: Unlimited booking access but must cancel with reasonable notice.
7. Credit Usage (T121 Membership)
-
5 credits are issued monthly.
-
Credits cannot roll over, transfer, or be exchanged for cash.
-
Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
-
Credits refunded due to timely cancellation retain the same expiry date.
8. Class Access & Suitability
Training121 may:
-
Deny access to unsuitable sessions,
-
Recommend alternative groups, or
-
Reassign participants as required for safety or developmental reasons.
Participants/guardians are responsible for ensuring sessions booked are appropriate.
9. Failed Payments
-
Membership access is suspended if payment fails.
-
Credits (where applicable) become inaccessible until payment is resolved.
-
Membership+ users cannot book sessions until payment is resolved.
-
Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the membership and having no access
10. Sibling Discounts
-
Sibling discounts are granted for Training121 Membership options. Please contact the team to recieve the code "admin@training121.com"

Misuse of sibling discounts may result in:
-
Immediate account suspension, and
-
Owed balance due before access is restored.
-
11. Misuse or Breach
Training121 may suspend or cancel a membership for:
-
Misuse of discounts
-
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
-
Repeated no-shows
-
Safeguarding concerns
-
Violation of Training121 or venue rules
12. Price Adjustments
-
Training121 may adjust membership pricing.
-
Minimum 30 days’ notice will be provided prior to any change.
-
You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
-
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
13. Data & Privacy
All data is processed under GDPR.
You acknowledge your rights regarding how data is collected, stored, and used.

14. Amendments
Training121 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to future activity.
SECTION 2 — T121 CREDIT PACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Applies to all T121 Credit Packs, including seasonal or future pack types)
1. Definitions
Credit Pack:
A one-time purchase granting a fixed number of session credits.
Session Credit:
A redeemable Training121 session.
2. Activation & Duration
-
Credit Packs activate immediately upon purchase.
-
Credits do not expire, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
-
Credits are assigned to the named participant and cannot be transferred.
3. Credit Usage
-
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Credits may be used for any eligible Training121 small-group session.
-
Credits cannot be moved between accounts.
4. Session Cancellation Rules
Credit Pack Holders must follow the official Training121 Cancellation Policy (please see it at the final section)
Key points:
-
Cancel up to 1 minute before the session to retain the credit.
-
Cancellations at or after the start time result in credit forfeiture.
-
No-shows also result in credit loss.
5. Class Access & Suitability
Training121 may:
-
Prevent participation in unsuitable sessions,
-
Recommend alternative classes, or
-
Adjust class placement for safety or developmental reasons.
Participants/guardians are responsible for booking appropriate sessions. If you are unsure on session feasibility for you or your child, please contact admin@training121.com
6. Sibling Discounts
-
Must be applied for each transaction on each child account. Please get the sibling discount code from the team by sending an email to admin@training121.com

Misuse will result in:
-
Account suspension, and
-
Required repayment of the correct balance before reactivation.

7. Misuse or Breach
Training121 may suspend or cancel a Credit Pack for:
-
Misuse of discounts
-
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
-
Safeguarding concerns
-
Violation of Training121 or venue policies
Credits will not be refunded in such cases.
8. Price Adjustments
-
Credit Pack prices may change.
-
Training121 will provide a minimum 30 days' notice before changes apply.
-
You may choose not to purchase additional packs if new prices are unsuitable.
9. Data & Privacy
All data is processed according to GDPR requirements.

10. Amendments
Training121 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will apply to future purchases and will be communicated in writing.
