Here's a simple breakdown of every session we run and who it's best for.

Training121 provides small group football training for kids and teens aged 5–17 across Leinster

Our sessions are built around monthly focus topics, with a consistent structure and maximum group sizes to ensure every player develops. We recommend attending one football session per week to see real results over time.

 

​Training121 offers a wide variety of football training sessions across Leinster.

We tailor to each age group and ability level. Whether your child is just starting out or already playing at a high level, we’ll help them develop the right skills in the right environment.​​​​

Our training sessions are:

🟠 60 minutes in length 

🟠 Hold a maximum of 10-12 players

🟠 Follow a topic of the month uniquely for each group within each venue (View our curriculum)

Ensure you select the correct venue as our session names are shared across all venues.

AGE CATEGORY

Double check you book the session for the right age category 

LEVEL

Be sure to check if the session is an appropriate difficulty level for your child's level (see below)

  • What age groups do you work with?
    We primarily work with grassroots players (kids & teens) from 5 years of age to 17. We also have niche groups also like our Senior (Male) group on Fridays which accommodates players from 17 years of age upwards.
  • Where are you based?
    Check out this link to see the venues we operate in.
  • What sessions do you offer?
    We offer small group training to players aged 5-17 based in Ireland. We have weekly training sessions which can be explored here. We also have camps and clinics ​on weekends and school holiday periods. All bookings are taken via theTraining121 App, our webpage here will walk you through step by step on how to create an account, and how to book in.
  • How do I book a session?
    All bookings are done through our Training121 App - click here to find out how to book.
  • I don't know what session suits best for my son/daughter?
    You can email admin@training121.com and we will direct you towards the session offering we feel will be most beneficial to your child's development. Alternatively, our webpage what session would suit my child is a great read to learn what sessions would be a good fit for your child
  • I have booked my session, what does my son/daughter need for the session?
    All you need to bring is boots that suit astroturf, weather appropriate clothing and water to drink throughout the session.
  • How do I book a 1-on-1 Session?
    1:1 sessions are not available to book via the Training121 app. We recommend 1:1 sessions primarily to professional players only, and would strongly recommend small group training for players under the age of 17.
