Question: Can I move from being a T121 Credit Pack user to a Training121 member?
Yes of course, you can purchase a T121 Membership once you've exhausted your session credits from your existing T121 Credit Pack
Question: Can I cancel or pause my t121 membership?
Pausing your T121 Membership = You can pause your T121 Membership only when you have held the T121 Membership for a minimum of 3 months. For pausing, the minimum pause term is one month and the maximum is six weeks. Members can only pause their membership once every 12 months.
Cancelling your T121 Membership = You can cancel your T121 Membership after holding it for 3 months minimum. Please see the "Membership T&Cs" file within the footer.
Question: Does a T121 Credit PACK OR T121 MEMBERSHIP GUARANTEE A PLACE IN ANY GIVEN CLASS?
No, when a participant holds a T121 Credit Pack or T121 Membership, you must book in with a session credit into your desired session. It's important to remember that not every session is suitable for every player. If you're unsure of what session would suit your son / daugher, reach out to the team on [email protected]
Question: Can you use the T121 Credit pack and t121 membership for 1:1 sessions?
No, the sessions granted by the T121 Credit Pack and T121 Membership can only be used for our small group sessions which include our development & performance groups as well as our workshops: Shooting and Speed & Agility. In short, any sessions within the "sessions" section of the T121 mobile app can be booked via a session credit.
